Dr Miller is a phenominal facial surgeon who explains everything in great detail. I went to Dr Miller the first time 9 years ago to get my eyelids done and most recently went back to have him do my jaw and lower face. I am only 2 months out and the results are awesome. The results are so natural. I look like myself only refreshed! Sandi in his office is amazing to work with as well. Dr. Miller truly achieves the promised, refreshed aesthetic results (no pulled skin - just natural and very complimentary). My skin is thin with little elasticity as a result of sun soaked years in Southern California and yet, the results of my lower face/necklift are beautiful, and I feel that 8 - 10 years have been taken off my looks.
Both a friend and an acquaintance have also had face/necklifts performed by Dr. Miller. All three of us continue to be thrilled with our outstanding results and were also pleased with the very timely recuperation periods. The surgery recovery was for all of us essentially pain-free and straightforward.

This review is long overdue.. I finally took the plunge and got a lower face and neck lift. I had a co2 fractional laser done with Dr Miller years ago and was thrilled with the results so my decision was easy when I decided to to get my lower face and neck done. Dr. Miller besides being a truly skilled plastic surgeon is a kind and caring person. He is a good listener and will address all your questions and concerns without pushing services. He is the only surgeon I will trust with my face. He is a true artist. My results are very natural . I love it when I get compliments on how great I look. I researched several surgeons before making my decision to go with Dr Miller. I wanted someone who only did facial work and is board certified. Dr Miller is double board certified. He recommended a facelift, neck lift and fat transfer. I had lost a lot of volume in my face and was looking haggard. Dr Miller and his practice manager Sandi explained everything so I knew what to expect. The surgery went smoothly and I stayed overnight at the surgery center with a nice nurse taking care of me. The recovery wasn’t bad at all and I’m so happy with the results! I have a natural refreshed result and feel so much better about my appearance. I highly recommend Dr Miller and his staff!

I went to a few different plastic surgeons before I met Dr. Miller but when I met him I knew that this was the right doctor for me. I had pretty substantial bags under my eyes. I went to Dr. Miller to have them removed. His office, staff, surgery room are all top notch. I was very happy with the outcome of my procedure. The second pic is only 4 weeks after the surgery so there is still some minor surgery. I have people comment on how good I look and they didn’t even know I did anything. That’s a great testament to his work. I highly recommend him for any improvements you want to make to your appearance.
I cant say enough positive things about Dr Miller and his staff. I've been a working model for over 27 years and have been going to Dr miller for over 15. That being said I wouldn't trust ANYONE with my face other than Dr Miller. At 47 now there are so many things availble to keep yourself looking like the best possible version of your younger self and Dr Miller is educated in all. They performed a blepharoplasty to remove and reposition excess fat under my lower eyelids as well as performed some minor work to refresh my face.
